WATER DEMAND MANAGEMENT VIDEO
Our client asked for two related versions of a short video to build awareness and trust, and facilitate discussion of the Colorado Water Conservation Board (CWCB) Demand Management Feasibility Investigation.
​
It was important to transparently share information and goals of the potential program to build public awareness and trust, and facilitate discussion with the general public for the program’s “temporary, voluntary, compensated” concept of “proportionality” per water sector in Colorado.
​
The video also need to include a diverse set of stakeholders and water users and honestly present the impacts of water shortages in Colorado.
